Frequency of renal mass complexities among patients undergoing partial nephrectomy associated with perioperative blood loss.

Background: Partial nephrectomy has emerged as a standard treatment for managing small renal masses. RENAL Nephrometry score (RNS) is widely used tool assessing tumors, minimizing bias, and improving clinical outcomes. This study aimed to determine the frequency of various mass complexities based on nephrometry in patients undergoing partial compare mean blood loss these patients. Methodology: The cross-sectional was conducted at Department Urology, Sindh Institute Urology & Transplantation, Karachi- Pakistan. Perioperative after observed all cases, had their determined before surgery. patient's baseline demographic data, including age, gender, body index (BMI), recorded using pre-designed Proforma. Results: According RNS, there were 33(52.4%) with moderate complexity, followed by 19(30.25%) 11(17.4%) who severe mild respectively. Furthermore, significant difference among three groups (p=0.025). Among cofounders, BMI, male gender significantly affected different RNS (p<0.05). Conclusion: There high complexity studied RNS. A mild, moderate, complexity.
